B.S.P. Funds Canada Inc. (BSPC) was established in 2009 in order to provide Canadian high net worth and institutional clients with access to the BSP Absolute Return Fund of Hedge Funds. BSPC will also provide consulting services to investors requiring due diligence on individual hedge funds. BSPC is registered as a Exempt Market Dealer with the Ontario Securities Commission.
Meir Cohen is the CEO of BSPC and is also a member of the BSP Investment Committee. Meir brings with him over a decade of wealth management experience, advising high net worth and institutional clients. Most recently, Meir spent eight years as Vice-President of Bull Capital Management Inc., a wealth management firm in Toronto, where he was instrumental in developing and growing the firm's investment advisory business to over $1 billion of assets under management. Meir was also a member of the firm's investment committee where he evaluated investment opportunities on behalf of his clients.
Meir graduated from Yeshiva University in New York with a BA in Economics and completed his MBA at the Schulich School of Business at York University in Toronto. He holds the CFA (Chartered Financial Analyst) and CFP (Certified Financial Planner) designations.
